LUMA, officially known as Luma Industrias S.A., has evolved from a small workshop in the Basque Country to a prominent international brand specializing in anti-theft devices for bicycles and motorcycles.
OUR ORIGIN
The founder of the company, José Joaquín Arrizabalaga, named his company making a play on initials between the names of his three children and the family last name:
Lidia, Urbano, Maite Arrizabalaga
OUR SERVICE
LUMA has been recognized for pioneering efforts in research and development, design innovation, and securing numerous patents. The company has also collaborated with European homologation centers to ensure product quality and compliance.
Significant expansion into international markets, initiating projects that included manufacturing facilities in Spain, Brazil, Morocco, and China, as well as establishing commercial subsidiaries in France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Sweden, the Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, and China.
